Emma Evans died on Thursday after a night out
A MOTHER of three died after falling more than 50ft from a balcony on holiday in Spain.
Emma Evans, 37, had returned to her hotel with husband Martin, 51, after a night out on the island of Majorca when tragedy struck

.
Garage owner Martin and Emma had taken the eldest of their children with them on the trip.
Emma, who died on Thursday, was described by friends as a devoted mum.
Her other two children are being comforted by family.
The couple, from Pontardawe, South Wales, also run a taxi business and property company.
Family friend Mike James said yesterday: “This tragedy has rocked the whole of the community.”

“Martin is a well-known figure through his garage and taxi businesses. Emma has grown up as part of that. She is a local girl who has grown up in Pontardawe. It is very sad.”

Mr James, the local councillor for Neath Port Talbot, added: “They are a well-known and popular couple with lots of friends in the community. She will be sadly missed.”

Another neighbour said: “Everyone is in shock. The family are all distraught.”

The family have been informed that Emma’s death was a tragic accident but are waiting for more details.
A family member flew to Majorca yesterday to offer comfort and help with arrangements to bring her home.

A Foreign & Commonwealth Office spokesman said yesterday: “We can confirm the death of a British national in Majorca on September 3.
“We stand by to provide consular assistance to the family at this time.”
